Fundamentals eventually matter, they always do. Things stayed elevated until October 2007 much longer than bears thought. I was taunted at the time much like London Guy is taunting me now. One person marked the exact top with this statement "Mish we are having turkey for Thanksgiving and you are the turkey" Now on the basis of a recovery in financial assets but virtually zero recovery in the real economy outside of cash for clunker stimulus that faded, and free money for homeowners, people are predicting a V-shaped recovery. It's ridiculous. Mish
