Eric Holder has been pushing to put the Bush Adm on trial since day 1 - his insane decision to bring the terrorists to NYC is the charade he & O have chosen to do just that (in the run up to 2010 mid-term elections). They realize they will lose the majority in congress as of today. Isn't it fortunate almost all their policy decisions backfire in their faces. We need only look at the result of the last terrorist trial in NY - it was Sept 11, 2001.
