Hello! Jim,

I have started to follow FAMH as a possable investment opportunity!

After reviewing FAMH's latest news release a few points caught my attention!

As I am only starting my Due Diligence on FAMH! I would appreciate any feed back on this thread as far as the following points are concerned!

#1.---The announcement indicated that the company that FAMH is looking to purchase currently does 4.5 Million Dollars in sales! What impact do you think this will have on the future share value on FAMH? And in what time frame?

#2.--- The announcement also indicated that the financing was in place! Do you have an idea where FAMH might be getting the financing? And when it indicates that financing is in place!--What does that mean?

#3.--- The announcement also indicated that there was an "agreement in principle"! ----How do you think that this compares to "A letter of intent"?

Thanks in advance for any input/insight you may wish to offer!

It shows how naieve I must be! When I read the latest FAMH news release I got quite motivated ! Then I read some of your posting dialogue! Now I'm puzzled!

Looking forward to your thoughts!

In closing , I am aware that any/all investment decissions that I make are strictly of my own choice and selection! And I would also suggest that anyone else that is considering any investments should always do their own Due Diligence and not make investment decissions based on someone else's opinion or recommendation!

So far it looks like a good thread to be a part of!

Regards,

Wayne J.
