Two things. Why don't you convert that to Farenheit from Kelvin.

Because one degree Kelvin is one degree Fahrenheit! No need to convert.

Second, you are ignoring how processes really work.

Actually that is no different than what the pro warming scientists do. Though some of the first have recanted and claim their first efforts were in error.

The reality is that most scientists don't have any doubts about global warming and that it will have catastrophic consequences for us in the next 100 years.

Wrong, recent polling has shown that this is in error. The IIPC is claiming scientists that signed on their study agree. When actually the signatures only mean that they take credit on working on parts of it. Even so, many who did agree with the global warming theories no longer do.

Despite where you fall on that belief though, there should be no debate about the reality that oil independence for the US is a very good thing for our economy and national security. Deny that and you will show your true colors for all to see. Do you deny it?

Of course, which is why we should drill for more oil as well as develop solar, nuclear, and wind energy. All energy types are good.
