As I posted yesterday, the change in mammogram recs have been in the works for years, long before Obamacare. I think they are valid. But I understand how they can be perceived as just cost cutting. That will continue to be a problem whenever science finds that extant protocols are no longer valid. I don't know how, going forward, we will tell the difference. Some, like you, will believe it is all death squad and compromise their health and all our pocketbooks. Others will believe whatever the government tells them and compromise their health and perhaps everyone's. The folks who want to thoughtfully consider each recommendation change will find it hard to get the info on which to make a sound decision.
