They have had it for years. For example, when the allegations and tacit admissions of torture came out. That would have been a perfect spotlight for the classical taking of hostages and demanding an exchange for their release. Yeah - but Bush was President then and he commanded a bit of respect - not like the pansy in office now. Besides - when the Gitmo 5 limo express drives past the radical protestors it provides live TV for the attack.
