Dale & Candle Stick, I am short a small amount of CDRD. I agree there is no way they can pull off raising the amount of cash they need to raise, just by selling stock. Short-term however, I don't see this magically falling on or around 14 Nov. If there is going to be such a race to the doors, why wouldn't the preferred holders start shorting the stock now. Not unlike everyone speculated would happen with the Reg S on ZITL (another favorite short:-) I do agree this will tumble, I am just not pinning any hopes on it being in the next 2-3 weeks. It's just too simple. CS, thanks for the annotated 10Q, boy that really spells out the direness of this stock.
