No - I was not arguing but truly interested in looking at what criteria was used. I received the report and will look it over. I say what I say from personal experience. I have lived and worked overseas for about 26 years of my life and traveled to most major countries and without a doubt if I get deathly ill or need major surgery, I want treated in the US. I am interested in our country being the best in all areas including health care. What I have seen coming from the congress so far has not been helpful. I hold out hope that a solution will be developed that is affordable for the people, the country, and doesn't cater to special interests. Regards Neil
