Brezlin, I agree with you that scumbag, in its normal usage, is a low level word, but we are referring to low level personal and business ethics when we refer to the entities and individuals responsible for the downfall of this fledgling company. Put simply, our money is in their pockets.

If you knew the story, you would not be bothered by the word. AS I said, Tom is sugar coating it. If you hang around long enough you may begin to understand that the road to recovery lies in sales and revenues for TMM, as with any company. The road to sales and revenues lies in being able to develop the products and get them on the shelf. The key to these things is cash. The cash lies with the lenders, who will in turn help us go after the scumbags. Therefore, scumbag is a wonderful word when used in the context of TMM because there are so many and their pockets are SO DEEP!

As noted in yesterday's news release, the first scumbag has apparently been reeled in to the tune of $5,000,000!!! There is much, much more where that came from. We nail a scumbag, we develop more products, we earn more money, and we go after another scumbag. A unique business plan, admittedly, but one I believe is shared by Tom and the gang. The road to success is paved with the same scumbags that paved the road to failure. You really do have to love the pattern, and the word, if they have your money in their pockets.

My thanks go out to Sheriff Tom for bringing us this fine word. And for newcomers like Brezlin looking at TMM, you have to realize that this is a different situation. The story is long and deep and admittedly, at first blush the word scumbag may not seem appropriate. But we shouldn't worry about words like scumbag, a seven letter word meaning "CASH" and "Justice", as defined in the TMM Book of Acceptable Words. Sometimes you have to lift up the cow flop to find the nugget of gold.

Good luck whatever you decide, Brezlin. TMM will rise again.
