Andy,

on behalf of Tex, I will explain:

But first a little background, many years ago while sitting in the beer garden of the Armadillo World Headquarters listening to Asleep at the Wheel and drinking Shiner beer (on $1 pitcher nites) we would discuss concerns we all had about the sad state of information transfers and more importantly the lack of a good method of communicating with others. But I digress;

Shiner Bock is beer brewed at the Shiner Beer Brewery in of all places ,<insert drum roll>, Shiner, Texas !

Shiner is a small German settled city between Houston and San Antonio. Population only several hundred people. What is unique about Shiner is that they set their priorities in building their little town. They didn't build a hospital, they didn't build a bank, they didn't build a civic center, they didn't build a threatre BUT they did build the BEST little brewery of bock beer outside of Germany.

They make only a limited run of beer here and it has a cult following like Coor's had back in the 70's and 80's.

Sorry about attributing the growing bald statement to you last night but I was feeling a little melancholy. However, Henry is never wrong and if he says growing bald, I writing all dictionary publishers today and telling them to add this expression to all future publications.
