A cop who can't control a 10-year old girl without a Taser needs a different job. Agreed. And a cop who thinks a taser is 100% safe needs an education about his weapons. Or if he does know its risks, than he's just a fool for thinking "you can slip an arm out of joint...They can slip from you and fall on the ground", is a worse risk. (Its not even a risk that's eliminated, tasered people fall to the ground as well.) Well the guy who said that probably knows its bogus, but he wants to defend the action and couldn't come up with anything better than that BS argument.
