Given that the resurgence in the Taliban was because the contracts and oversight was so loose that they were getting a cut on many of those contracts was wise?

My statement is based on the fact that Obama's stimulus expenditure which exceeds the amounts spent on the wars, was the most unwise expenditure that conceivably COULD be made.

While mistakes will be made in any war, the idea is you learn from them (which is how the Iraq war was won). There is just no benefit whatsoever from the Obama stimulus, and IMO, there will not be from the money spent on health care, one which added nearly a trillion permanently to our debt and the other which will create a new systemic deficit that can never be eliminated.

You can't have more unwise expenditures than that.
