No. She is not more articulate. I listened to parts of her interview with Walters. When asked policy questions or questions about foreign affairs, she started the same meandering/say nothing responses that Tina Fey made famous last year. Its amazing to me how low the bar is for your leaders. She is a hot looking councilwoman....nothing more.
