patron,

<Bought more at 3.60, and have stink bids lower>

Thinking about joining you.

I'm wondering if this is a real turn in the broad market, as those who got the Fed "gift" are locking early this year.

I dunno, but I stick with my hunch that everything gets sold, at least the short-term, if the broad market takes a dive.

I'm so conflicted and have no time for peyote today.

Well, it blew past all my stops, and then some. Fortunately, only a low four figure loss.

My problem with Cerro San Pedro is that I cannot see how NGD will ever get an EIS that works. My research suggests that they truly did everything they could to make the operations non-objectionable. The cyanide and the water impact IMO were red herrings, but the structural damage to a lot of the old town's structures and the mountain's profile was not.

Cerro is probably toast.

Do the costs, etc., and the lack of production from CSP justify a 3.60 price?

Tough question. I have no idea if it is indeed now a bargain.

The most important thing, IMO, is that NGD's management have been proven to be a bunch of bald faced liars. Gallagher's body language in the video was absolutely horrible, my intuition kept telling me that he was a close relative of Pinocchio.

This is enough for me to stay away.

How have miners in general fared in the Mexican courts in the past?
