Not according to the CBO when the govt collects taxes for ten years and spends it in seven - sort of biased accounting and then there's the govt track record of never having an entitlement program that saves money.

Nobody is saving insuring 30 million incremental people isn't going to cost more in bulk medical care costs. The question is will the unit, individual cost go up or down. They are projecting that yes, it will go down.

I say we'll see because I'm always a skeptic of unintended consequences and REALLY a skeptic when it comes to our dysfunctional medical system.
