KSM pled guilty before a military court but Obama decided to reject it because of ACLU influence. Yes - and once in NYC he can hurt us more by claiming innocence and grand stand his way to the most expensive trial in history aided by the ACLU and other nutcases itching to make this about the CIA, Bush and how bad America really is - not reading him Miranda and other such stupid crap on a battle field. The ACLU and team KSM can do far more harm in NYC than in Gitmo.
