My comment is that I agree.

Government policy across the globe is imprudent and China clearly has an Fixed Investment bubble comparable to Japan and Korea during the peak of their respective industrialization cycles. They seem hell bent on repeating the mistakes of the West.

I think amongst the EM's, India and Brazil are probably best positioned in the longer term, but of course, each is not without its problems.

Over investment = ultimate deflation as Mish points out.

But still, as a trader, the opportunities to play fear and greed are just absolutely incredible.

"W" scenario is most likely. It's hard for me to envision though anything like last year occurring with policy so loose and the banking sector protected, so my base case is a grinding market for the next few years, not unlike the mid 70's after the 75 rally...
