No, no, no. Wrong approach altogether. We have:

Here is the gig. You need $583K to cover your costs. You would like to make 100% for your efforts. So you would want to net out about $15 bucks per seat. $15 per seat!!!!!!! Unbelievable.

So you get Al Gore, Jackson Browne, Sting, Bono, etc ad nauseum to do a live "Detroit Aid" concert. Charge $100 a head. Fly in Barbara Streisand to boot. Maybe Jerry Garcia as well ;-)

Give half the gate to the "entertainers." The rest to the mayor. Blow town and let Detroit worry about demolishing the place.
