Don't YOU just love it when people start telling us Obama has solved our economic problems, in spite of record high unemployment, and as you point out, massive delinquencies?

Is it the tourist industry that is causing so much continuing pain in FLA? Is that's what's driving the economic picture down in FLA?

There were a lot of flippers and a lot of growth in FL... remember our prices were going up near 40-50% a year. Then they crashed just as hard... so a lot more folks got stuck here than other places. That and the business climate stinks... so many construction jobs and other stuff related to real estate just stopped.
