Wasn't that how the Apple deal was put together? With a call to
Jobs at Next from Appple people? Anyone know anybody at IBM Legal?

JL, in addition to the legal might IBM would bring to the
table for defending the patents, you would also have a
huge marketing and sales organization well equipt to
fully exploit the DST product line, and of course the
obvious synergy with KM.

In a perfect world, Ampex would do it all themselves and
the share price would rocket... but I am not so sure they
can. It would be nice to see KM validated in the end, even
if I dont get rich off of it.
