Sounds like Holder is confusing a court of law with Mission Control in Houston. And Nixon said something similar about Charlie Manson, which he retracted, and Charlie famously held up a paper with the headline "Manson Guilty, Nixon Declares." Manson's attorneys moved for a mistrial which was denied.

I was really referring to The One's comment, but you have a point. No one else but me and Glenn Beck has picked up on Holder's words at the hearing yesterday. He said something to the affect that even if KSM were acquitted, he'd never walk the streets of America a free man. Along with other things he and The One have said, I find that to be a very controversial comment.

the defendant won't be released even if acquitted?

Pretty much makes a mockery of our justice system doesn't it. Obviously nothing more then a show trial for the far left I guess.

Welcome to third world nation status. We don't have fair elections and now we don't have an honest and independent judicial system.
