I stand firm that I weigh the odds on the course and choose a shot based on the "odds" of risk reward, that ,in VSE terms, is "speculating" rather than gambling. But your point is taken, I have the itch and occasionally push the odds for that "spectacular" shot and all it will bring.

Speculation, spectacular, you know the Romans are behind it, should have done more than 1st year Latin!!!

As for Livermore, again I profess a deficit of knowledge but suspect the Dow 30 in his day was a far dirtier 30 than today,
so in a sense his comments are probably more applicable to today's VSE. Point taken AGAIN :)

What I can't figure is Sherriff sold millions of shares of EVG upon his board resignation below .40 from avg costs of about .17. He made a bundle for his short stay on the board but must know he lost millions for having exited so promptly.
