They accept overseas clients. They have the cheapest commissions. They have excellent trade executions. They trade stocks, options, futures, E-mini futures, 24 hours a day except Saturday. They allow withdrawals via ACH or wire transfers. They have been in business as long as any other online broker, as far as I know. They are not for amateurs or infrequent traders. They offer very little support, no paper statements, etc., require that you be an experienced trader, and they impose monthly fees if you do not trade enough to generate $30/mo commissions.
