When we get a new fridge, I want to get one that has the freezer in the bottom, with a slide-out drawer.

she wished she'd bought the bigger model.

I've reached that stage of my life where I'm trying to downsize, not get more.

I try to have an extra bag of stuff for my housekeeper every time she comes. I don't know how I got so much stuff but all my chattels are starting to take over. :)

I cleaned out my linen closets and kitchen cupboards when my daughter's house burned down. It took 2 trips of a stuffed car to get everything up to her and I can't even tell there's anything missing.

We bought the Maytag with the side by side freezer that is wider at the top than it is at the bottom. We hate it.

The best fridge we ever had was one my Dad brought home from from his General Electric Appliance store. It was a GE with swing out shelves, and a roll out freezer drawer at the bottom. We got it in 1956, and it served our family well until this summer.

It was still working, but cycled on so much we replaced it with a simple model that will probably last about five years.
