You mention a number of companies, but the fact is manufacturing is on the decline in the U.S., I don't understand how you deny this.

I believe that any bill that comes out of congress that is similar to the ones being considered will simply work about as well as the stimulus. In other words it won't.

In the end we can go back and forth forever, time will tell. Your world view is just different.
