I just showed you what the bible says. Do you think Rome was ruled by a bunch of nice guys? The Jews who were sent into exile were also told not to resist their captivity and to see that even in that situation, God was sovereign. There are no powers or governments on earth that are not granted by God, Never have been never will be. That doesn't mean that God does not hold them responsible for all the evil that they do. He will judge everything and everyone in His own time.
