People say what they say. I've heard prosecutors say the same things before murder trials. That didn't stop the trials. I'm not saying it wasn't a stupid thing to do, but we have to remember.......the president is just another citizen in the eyes of the society. At least that is my opinion.......and a correct one imo.......and is covered by the 1st, but the opinion that the trial is tainted because of his statements is a stretch. From the very beginning, the whole thing stinks. How can they find an impartial jury? Stack it with Jihadists? A "jury of his peers?"
