I think you are right about the dollar bounce, but the argument
that miners must lead gold at this stage of the gold bull
could hold water. It could be the other way around, and

The dollar is likely to bounce one day as it is never a one way street. It will certainly bounce against other currencies. But not necessarily against gold, at least not significantly.

The CBO calls for 9 trillion of additional debt in the next 10 years of which more than half will be from interest charges on the debt. In that context, who would pay a premium for the US dollar. Not me. Will you?
