Isn't Netsuite an expensive product? Yes it is. But it's a really good fit for our business right out of the box. So we haven't had to do any customization which gets hugely expensive and takes time. When were making the shift we tried some others and we would have had to go through purgatory on the way to hell in the transition. And NS has a lot of bells and whistles that you would have to pay a lot more for with a server based system. When it upgrades... well it just happens. But the whole thing is a really rough decision... glad it's not on my plate.
