Seems like obama is going after women care, you guys live to long for him. Since when does the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists work for Obama? Seriously, if there was the stoppage of small pox vaccinations rationing? Sometimes we learn that certain screening is ineffective or no longer necessary because a disease has been cured so there is no point in doing it anymore. Is that rationing? When I was a kid, everyone had tonsils removed. They stopped doing routine tonsilectomies a long time ago. Was that rationing? If not, how do we tell the difference? Perhaps if it's in a D administration it's rationing and if it's in an R administration, it's not... <g>
