Yup! They divert the money to other purposes for the rest of his term. That's why he wants it so badly. The Demoratic party wants that revenue for their spending plans. I can already see the propaganda campaigns for the next presidential elections, and the propaganda shortly after it's over. the people who think this health care plan is a good thing are in for some very unpleasant "news" in a few years. If Congress wanted to they could simply regulate the medical industry in the name of national security. They won't do it, or even talk about it. It's not a topic they want to discuss...with anyone.
