Anyone can be trained to make that IED. The low cost of the materials should have told you that.

Not if you seek out and kill/capture the trainer.

Your excuses are wearing mighty thin Ed.

And I know a lot about explosives. I went to a military ordnance school and one of my instructors later went to Kuwait in 1991 to demine the frontier. He knew his sh*t and we learned a lot.

And you know something.. putting sugar in your enemies gas tanks is an even cheaper way of immobilizing their equipment. The problem is getting close enough to actually poor it in.

That's the same situation with regard to the IEDs. If you permit the enemy to get onto those MSRs at night and plant IEDs, it's like letting them put sugar in your gas tank. The difference is that soldiers are injured, or die, when it's explosives.

So just settle down Ed.. IEDs are an issue. But it's not an insurmountable problem given sufficient boots on the ground, as well as adequate overwatch resources (predators, Hunters, Aerostats, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, Human Intelligence assets).
