I feel confident that the House bill will not be enacted into law as written.... again, or something very much like it Well... like I already answered: No, you answered - "Do you mean something like "never, ever changed/modified/amended or altered at all"?" which is different from ""Not canceled/rescinded and not amended to be a totally different program." By the first standard few programs are maintained. By the 2nd almost all of them are maintained.
