They never owned the "property"...they built the building on city land and paid nothing to lease it since 1928....ie that's public land and no member of the public should be denied access to it.... You are correct, the issue was homosexuals in the scouts.... "Lefties are generally holier than thou types." I don't know any lefty preaching holiness.....but I know a helluva lot of RWers who do....
