And would a creationist be anyone who thinks God had something to do with the universe and us being here?

There was an amazing show on Nova the other night about humans, including all the subspecies, homo erectus, Neanderthals, etc. There are over 20 known "cousins" of ours that advanced beyond apes.

I hadn't realized that Neanderthals had been so successful, until we came along. They had existed in Europe for 300,000 years. We've just been around maybe 60-70,000 at most.

It's really hard to believe that anyone could believe in creationism, with the body of evidence refuting it.
