1. a feeble attempt at humor.
2. to indicate one of the objections (i.e. hypocrisy) to the plan.
3. to indicate the gross unfairness of the plan.
4. to show my support for your effort.

Congress should not vote anything for everybody else if they're not willing to submit to it themselves.

Amendment 28

Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United
