That's pretty shocking. A couple i know let one house foreclose and they now live in a house they bought for 350K w/ 100K down and they couldn't sell the house today for 180K. The bottom will prob be when they let the second house go. :(
I bought a foreclosure 15 months ago and i'm prob 10 percent upside down. I think there is another wave of foreclosures coming.
