I had the old patio ripped out and had a new one put in when the garage was built. This new patio though is level with the house interior and has footings so a full blown room addition could be built on it. Then the garage at the back of the lot is the same height and level house. At the same time I had a new 3 car driveway put in also that is level except for the back 3 feet that has 10 inches of slope. You could play basketball on that, but I haven't yet. <g> * * *
