Todd Beamer's father has just said what most Americans think...it is so very hard for most of us to even imagine the horror of having one of their own family killed by terrorists, let alone along with family, more than 3,000 other Americans on the same day. It is a collective horror that will remain with us all our lives. Having to relive a civil trial by someone who doesn't deserve one, to say nothing of the total circus that will prevail in NYC, is just over the top. Holder and Obama should pay a good part of the costs themselves personally. And if this KSM goes free, then both Obama and Holder should go to prison for their hand in this mess.
