They don't get Miranda rights in Iraq, do they?

If this is a US law enforcement operation, they should. I don't know how this all works. KSM was caught in Pakistan, taken to Gitmo and will now face prosecution in a criminal court. While at Gitmo he divulged plans of massive follow on attacks to 9/11, because of being waterboarded 180+ times.

I want to know how we handle these things now. Do these Al Qaeda members get attorneys and the right to remain silent? If I were a CIA interrogator, I am not sure I would tackle the interrogation of these guys for fear of prosecution.
