Perhaps you'd also like to reset the clock to the fall of last year, let all the banks implode, and hazard a guess as to the current unemployment rate?

Since I suspect that this will happen anyway, yes, that would have been my preference.

Edit: Except for the reset the clock back part. I suspect it will happen and that we will be in worse shape to deal with it when it does. Unless one happens to be a banker.
