Bush has been holding these guys without charge for eight years, as enemy combatants. If in the unlikely event they are acquitted, Obama can CONTINUE to hold them forever the same way.

But how it Obama's brand of justice even slightly better than Bush's? The answer, of course, is that it isn't.

It is the same thing, except Obama's endangers Americans and will serve as a recruitment tool for Al Qaeda, while Bush's was, well, harmless.

No he hasn't. Under Bush they were charged and pled guilty. Obama ended that for a show trial in NYC.
