That's a matter of opinion. I think Bush Jr was wrong 90% of the time. Even when he was right, Bush Jr was so piss poor at execution that he couldn't even execute on the right call.

These Dems are right on at least 75% of the issues, in my opinion. But neither of us can really prove who's right on this topic, since it's purely based on our opinion.
