Wouldn't that be difficult if you are, say, an airline, and would like to hedge your fuel cost?

vk, what many folks don't seem to grasp is that those people who run our government are the profiteers from said derivatives.

not only do they want to keep these derivatives legal, THEY WANT MORE OF THEM!

guess what they are getting? whatever they want!

a war has broken out and only one side realizes it is being fought and they are killing off those who don't realize we are in a war with the money elite and their government cronies.

their solution is to BURY THE SERFS. we don't know the war is within our country and so we have no solution as dirt gets shoveled on us by the truck load.

If Real Estate is any indication they won't just let derivatives "mulligan". Bet on it. Too many in power have too much to lose. The question should be what are they doing to wind it down and how can't we monitor it?
