hello loualbert, do you understand the finances of the Oyo oil field. Where is PAP getting the shares to acquire the Oyo oil field. Will PAP be issuing 63% more shares to pay for the Oyo oil field?

There were a couple of big trades on the down tick this morning. Perhaps the Oyo deal was already priced into the share price, but the market responded negatively to the news, any thoughts?

Is the market assuming an additional 64% increase in the current share count to pay for the Oyo oil field?
