what cost savings ?? Congress won't cut medicare, even the CBO knows they won't

It may be an rational economic choice, but tens of millions choose not to have it .... they're only concerned with their own pocketbook.

Won't it be cheaper to pay a fine and go without insurance? If you get sick, you can always take out insurance once you're sick - you can't be denied anymore for pre-existing conditions - at least according to bentway.
