Todd and all, How much do you think BGO should/would pay for the remaining 2/3 of AZS? AZS's only asset, the aldebaran, has been heavily discounted by the market and PDG, and unless there is another bid to "revalue up" the aldebaran property AZS would have to be worth significantly less than one share of BGO IMHO (especially if refugio gets back on track this quarter). If there is a buyout I think it will be almost impossible to avoid a real shareholder class action suit by AZS if they pay too little or by BGO if they pay too much. jj

ALL: AZS has made the dubious Dog list in today's edition of the Globe & Mail. At least, it now has joined its parent, BGO which also made this list recently
