But when you're talking about housing it is hard to miss the big gorilla - the fact that delinquent mortgages are high and still rising and likely to set a new record by year end. And that the inventory of homes that are either "for sale" or 60 days delinquent is 3x the normal inventory. It is hard to see how we're making a lot of progress here. We're at the end of a bubble that's taken decades to create...obama is simply the guy that inherited all this and whom the voters charged with solving it...expecting overnight results, second guessing him every step of the way, sabotaging his initiatives, as the republicans have been, is not the answer to a successful return to prosperity.
