No, Bill, I don't agree with bringing KSM to NY for trial. My view on non-citizens is very simple. They are NOT entitled to a trial by jury. Instead, they should be tried by a military tribunal for their crimes of attacking the US. In fact, it is a HUGE mistake to guarantee a trial for non-citizens. We need to draw much sharper lines between the rights that we have as citizens and the rights we afford others within our system. Once again, the US cannot afford to be so loose and free with our money or our system. In addition, if terrorists think they will get a trial by jury for their crimes, then they lose yet one more deterrent. I don't want any benefits accorded parties that attack the US.
