I have a buddy who used to treat Viet vets at the VA hospital and many returned as heroin addicts and their PTSD sometimes led them to very violent episodes, including killing sprees. PTSD is a horrible condition. We are just now learning how to treat it.

Well dig into your pockets. Two senators have asked that
the American people put their money where their desires to win a war are and cough up a war tax. Levin was one I cannot remember the name of the other. 1 % for those who make under a hundred thousand and then upward on scale.

Let's see how many Americans will be willing to pay a personal tax for this war.
